30-Day Limited Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day limited refund policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your product.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be in working condition.

  • The product must not be broken, cracked, modified, or altered.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or excessive wear.

  • All original parts must be included.

Products that are damaged due to improper use, modification, overloading, or failure to follow safety guidelines are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Digital files (including CAD or STEP files)

  • Products returned in broken or non-functional condition

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization.

  2. Once approved, return the product at your expense.

  3. After inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Final Approval

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refunds are issued only after the product is confirmed to meet eligibility requirements.
